For management companies and fleets requiring confidential subcontracted technical-management support, custom agreements are available through the NIS Fleet Technical Management Partner Program. Pricing is structured per yacht, per fleet segment or per project scope — and is discussed only after a confidential initial conversation.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes, at any time. Plans are month-to-month with a 30-day notice for downgrades and immediate effect for upgrades.

Is on-site attendance included?

All plans include remote support. On-site attendance is included on a quarterly basis from Gold and at a custom cadence in Platinum.

What if I have multiple yachts?

Gold covers up to 3 yachts. For larger fleets, the Partner Program is the right structure — built for management companies.

Is there a minimum term?

No long-term lock-in. We work month to month — our retention is built on results, not contracts.
